Working directly under direction of Chief of Party for the USAID funded Small Town Wash program and with parallel/dotted reporting line to the Director, Finance & Administration-CIPP and/or Sub-award Manager, the Cost Share Coordinator will dedicate full time to supporting the Small Town Wash (STWASH) Program in securing cost-share financing, adhering to the compliance procedures related finance, match/cost share management and documenting, sub-awards, etc.

This position offers overall coordination of deliverables and team leadership functions on the Mercy Corps tasks under NE-CORE Consortium. The Senior Program Manager is a cross-functional manager and leader who takes full responsibility for the successful delivery of Mercy Corps’ responsibilities within the NE-CORE consortium. This role will coordinate heavily within Mercy Corps teams, the NE-CORE consortium members, the Borno State Government and Ngala and Bama LGA Desks. The Senior Program Manager has a clear understanding of at least five of the eight sectors above and how they work well together.

This is a senior-level role with overarching leadership, management, and coordination of multi-sectoral deliverables within the consortium. The Agriculture and Livestock Intern will be providing support for the day-to-day implementation of the backyard permagardening and poultry production activities.
